Terms and Conditions

  • Applicants must be HDB residents of Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC.
  • All bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • For residents booking facilities under categories (A) and (B):
    • Must be 21 years & above.
    • Allowed for 150 days advance booking.
    • Must sign letter of undertaking.

Notes

  • For use of common spaces and facilities, HDB residents have to apply for the relevant permits from the Town Council.
  • HDB residents have to apply with relevant authorities, agencies or organisations for additional permits such as music licensing, etc.
  • All rates above, subjected to prevailing GST, are applicable to our HDB residents only.
  • Additional requirements may be charged separately at the discretion of the Town Council, as advice upon booking
  • Refundable Deposit of $100/- will be transferred to S&CC account by default wef 1 Mar 2024
