What are Marsiling-Yew Tee Town Council’s operating hours?

Marsiling-Yew Tee Town Council offices' opening hours are as follows:

Main Counter
Mondays to Fridays
8am to 5pm

Finance Counter
Mondays to Fridays
8am to 4.30pm

All offices will be closed on weekends and Public Holidays.

Who do I contact for feedback and emergencies on weekends and public holidays?

Please call the 24h EMSU service at 1800 275 5555.

How do I book common spaces for private functions?

To check the availability of common spaces in Marsiling-Yew Tee, please call 6430 7800.

For booking and payment of common facilities and spaces, please proceed to our Town Council office.

Please note that the use of the space is on a first-come-first-serve basis at a nominal charge for utilities.

How do I book BBQ pit facilities?

The BBQ pits are managed by respective Residents' Committees (RCs) or Residents’ Network (RNs). For booking of BBQ pits, please contact your RCs/RNs.

Who is my MP, and how can I see them for assistance?

You can use the 'Find my MP' service here to find out which MP is in charge of your area.

Who do I go to for feedback regarding renovation works within units?

Please contact HDB via their hotline at 1800 225 5432 or use the OneService app.

Is filming allowed in the estate?

Filming is allowed upon request to pr@myttc.org.sg and subject to approval by MYTTC.

How do I open my Service and Conservancy Charges (S&CC) account after getting my new/resale HDB flat?

All new/resale HDB flat owners will have their Service & Conservancy Charges (S&CC) account automatically set up within 2 weeks from the collection of keys. Your Marsiling-Yew Tee Town Council S&CC account number will be the same as your HDB account number.

How much are my monthly S&CC charges?

When are the S&CC payments due?

S&CC charges are due on the 1st of every month. Residents are given a grace period to make payments by the last day of the month. Penalties will be charged if payments are not received by the 10th of the following month.

What are the modes of payment for S&CC?

Residents are encouraged to pay via the following ways:

  • AXS/SAM Machine
  • Internet Banking
  • Credit Card Recurring Payment
  • Inter-bank GIRO

Other forms of payment include:

  • Cash, NETS or Credit/Debit Card payment at TC offices
