Since 2015, Marsiling-Yew Tee Town Council (MYTTC) has worked hand in hand with residents to nurture a community where everyone feels connected, supported, and valued. From HDB estates and neighbourhood centres to parks and cycling paths, every space is cared for to ensure it is vibrant, accessible and welcoming.

By listening to residents and continuously enhancing our neighbourhoods, we create more than just infrastructure. This is where friendships are formed, families grow, and neighbours truly support one another.

Our vision is for a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable Marsiling-Yew Tee for generations to come, a place where residents flourish, connect, and enjoy the experience of living.

How We Serve Our Community

Our dedicated team works behind the scenes to keep Marsiling–Yew Tee safe, clean, and well-maintained. From routine upkeep to essential repairs and community support, here’s how we make a difference in the neighbourhood:

Landscaping and horticulture maintenance
Conservancy and cleaning of common areas such as void decks, common corridors and lift areas
Repairs and upkeep of estate amenities, including repainting and re-roofing
Mechanical and electrical maintenance for lifts, water pumps, switch rooms, and lighting
24-hour essential services, including lift rescues
Upgrading amenities like playgrounds, sheltered walkways, and residents’ corners
Bulky items removal services for residents
